Kolayli Family has begun the confectionery industry in 1920. Family has done many business in several location in Afyonkarahisar which located in southern part of Turkey. After all the experiences, Ahmet Kolayli has established the modernized confectionery factory in 1993. Since the begining, Alko Confectionery has many clients in b2b and b2c. The factory is adopted to work in multi-disciplinary way to combine both production and sale. As a result, the company succeeded to expand global and local markets by located its products on sale points in these markets.

Nowadays, as a 4th generation of the company, Cevat Kolayli has begun to manage the brand. Since he comes to power, there were many differences in a good manner start quickly. The most outstanding topics are digital transformation, increased productivity and institutionalization in export.

In respect to digital transformation and increased productivity, the production machines have improved by transforming to semi-automated systems. Additionally, e-commerce and e-export have started.

In respect to institutionalization in export, the company aims to have a corner on the market in the area of Middle East, Europe, North of America and Far East. With this aim, all the works have been planned and started to put into practice.
